Sam’s EYE Photography retains full copyright and intellectual property rights over all imagery produced, including commissioned work, gallery prints, and commercial content.

Clients receive a limited-use licence—not ownership of original files or RAW images—unless otherwise agreed in writing.

🏠 Real Estate & Airbnb Licensing

Standard Licence:

  • Use is restricted to a single property listing on platforms such as Airbnb, Stayz, Domain, or realestate.com.au.

  • Permitted use includes listing platforms, agent websites, brochures, and social media posts directly related to that property.

  • Unless otherwise agreed, this licence is non-transferable, single-use, and valid for 90 days from the shoot date for Real Estate

  • Unlimited use for Airbnb.

Use by a Different Agency (Cross-Licensing):

If another agency, property manager, or marketing partner wishes to use the same images:

These fees ensure fair use and continued protection of creative work.

💒 Weddings, Events & Freelance Clients

  • Personal use is permitted: printing, albums, social media sharing.

  • Social media sharing requires credit to [@sams.eye]

  • Third-party publishing (magazines, blogs, vendors) requires written approval.

🏗️ Commercial, Builder & Developer Licensing

  • Use is permitted for your own website, social media, printed brochures, and internal marketing for up to 12 months.

  • Use by third parties (stylists, builders, agents, media) requires separate licensing.

  • Extended or ongoing usage beyond 12 months is subject to negotiated licensing fees.

❌ Prohibited Uses

You may not:

  • Claim any image as your own work

  • Crop, filter, or alter images without written permission

  • Use content for resale or redistribute to third parties

  • Repurpose content beyond original project scope or timeline

  • Share with other agents or companies without proper licensing
